Hi, I’m Laura!

Welcome to Lauravfitness. I am an ISSA Certified Trainer and PN1 Nutrition Coach. I specialize in weight loss transformation and habit coaching. My mission is to help you regain back your confidence, obtain lifelong healthy habits and make fitness a part of your everyday life.

Growing up, whether it be school sports or the gym, fitness has always been a part of my life but health and nutrition weren’t. At a very young age I used food as a coping mechanism which led me to develop an eating disorder. I tried almost every fad diet in the market and nothing ever worked. Not only did this take a toll on my well-being but I also struggled with severe cystic acne and hormonal imbalance alongside my constant battle with weight loss.

I went through many years of going in circles and struggling to get results. It was not until I completely changed my way of eating and lifestyle habits that I was able to cure my cystic acne, hormonal imbalances and finally have a healthy relationship with food. From then on, I committed my life to learning more about health and fitness to better my life and took the extra steps to get certified as a trainer and nutritionist. I began training clients both in-person and online with the mission to help prevent people from going in the same circles I did and helping them get lasting results!
